I will go out of my way to make sure you're completely satisfied with your puzzle. If you are still not satisfied, you may return the complete puzzle to me at your expense for a refund. If I feel I am in the wrong, I will also reimburse your shipping expense.
You will never receive a puzzle with missing pieces. I am a one-man operation and the last thing I do before packaging a puzzle is assemble and disassemble it to be absolutely sure it's complete. I will not accept a returned puzzle if it has a missing piece. With a hand-cut puzzle, it is impossible for me to create a new piece that fits like the original.
